CSS Server Rules, Upgraded

I am trying out, and seeing if i can add rules, not modify, Azriels rules are great
I might do some nonsense tho, im tired.. just got home from an exam..
Here are the original ones
1.: No Spawnkill -> slap -> slay -> kick -> ban.
2.: No spawncamp -> slap -> slay -> kick -> ban.
3.: No Spawnattack -> slap -> slay -> kick -> ban.
4.: Do not flame another player / Ub3R member / Admin! -> kick -> ban.
5.: Allways respect Admin! The Admins words are law!
6.: Do not Name copy / Name steal or any other kind of stealing. -> ban.
7.: Do not Voteban / Votekick without a reason -> ban.
8.: Respect the rules and follow them -> Ban.

9.: Do not mic/chat spam. -> slap -> slay -> kick -> ban.
10.: Do not talk in mic if you are under the age of 13, And if you are going to play annoying sounds. -> mute -> kick -> ban
11.: Hackers will be auto-perma-banned

Hope mine will pop up on server, if we have one ^^
